Wanna Come Out and Play?

Well, the summer will be coming to an end soon, so here's a quick post to entice you to come out and pay us a visit while the weather is still good for getting in the ocean. I don't have a ton of new pictures, but here's a few new mixed with some old. Did I mention the ocean feels great right now?

Sunday Sonrise

Sunday, Owen and I decided to let Cara catch up on some sleep while the two of us spent some time playing around the house. Here is a glimpse of the morning in pictures. Owen pretty much wakes up fully loaded with energy each morning, which, now that he is getting around pretty well, makes for a lot of redirection. Anyway, here's what he and I did from 5:30 to 9:15 on Sunday...

Owen in Action

Owen is full of energy these days and keeping us busy and on the move. He loves to be moving around the house, exploring anything and everything he can. He's started to throw little fits when you hold him for too long and keep him from crawling around. He's pretty funny when he crawls. He'll find something he wants to go after, and then something else will catch his attention and he's off to something else. He does a lot of back-and-forth between his parents and other things. Here's a video we recorded with the webcam of Owen on the move. You can tell he really loves it.

Angel Oak Tree

A few weeks ago JuJu and Papa came to visit us (and by us I really mean Owen). One day they were here we went to visit Angel Oak Tree that is supposed to be around 1400 years old. I had no idea oak trees lived that long! Here are a few pictures from our trip.
